We found event log as below, for all only for hosts.

Warning: The results of host 'xxxx.xxx.com' are stale by 0d 0h 0m 58s (threshold=0d 0h 10m 0s). I'm forcing an immediate check of the host.

This looks like you have freshness checking on for 'xxxx.xxx.com with a 60 second freshness threshold.

Lower in your debug log, it looks lie you are receiving a bunch of passive checks but passive host checks are disabled globally.

We found "Passive Host Check" is disabled, after enabling working fine.
