Help with Escalation policies

Hello, i'm looking for recommendations for host/services escalation policies

Currently I have the main escalation policy set with a * under Host Groups, which mean all host are covered.
my request is to have specific couple host group that need different escalation assignment
I have create a new escalation policy and added these 2 host groups, then went back to the mail escalation policy and added the same 2 host groups as 'exclude' once i save/apply the configuration, the 2 excluded host groups disappear from the main escalation policy list

Hello,

I saw that you opened a support ticket for this same exact issue.

I will be closing this thread and we will continue on the ticket.

We ask if our customers could keep their issue to one medium, that way us support techs are not answering the same question twice.
