Multiple Groups for alerts

For any service, if we have more than one contact group selected for alerts, only the first group listed actually get the alerts. This happens for both hosts and services.

I was not able to recreate this issue. On one of test machines I added two contact groups to a host and the members of both contact groups received alerts.
Can you check if both contact groups are actually added to the particular host/service? Do members of each contact group are configured properly (e-mail address, notifications enabled, proper time periods, notification handlers, etc.)?
