Connection timed out after 30 sec

Hi Team,
i'm getting Connection time out after 30 sec.
And no luck , If i change 30 sec to 120 sec
May i know exact issue for connection timed out . What i need to check from nagios end.

How are you increasing the timeout? Have you tried running the command from the command line?
The global timeout values likely need to be increased as well. Search for "host_check_timeout" and "service_check_timeout" in
https://support.nagios.com/kb/print-617.html to increase them.

Time out seconds increased in command definition and Also ports were opened But still same issue.
We changed all parameters using this :
https://support.nagios.com/kb/print-617.html . There is no luck .
May i know the causes of this issue?

What command are you running that is producing the timeout? Does it work from the command line? Please provide screenshots of the command and output.
