Make Wireless Sensor monitor through Nagios cloud platform

I wanted communicate mesh network of my different wireless sensors to connect with internet so that user will able to monitor everything through smartphones also or through desktop via internet,
While going through this documentation it was easy to connect raspberry pia and get it connected with nagios cloud platform,
But I am using one temperature transmitter which I wanted monitor wireless through, Particle Electron which requires sim to connect with internet and send the readings to nagios platform which and display the readings in bar graph style

I am new to this cloud computing so need expertise suggestion which will be helpful

For reference I am using this sensor which I wanted to make it talk through Nagios cloud paltform.

Nagios doesn't really have anything to do with Cloud computing, it is software installed on a server.

Not familiar with that sensor, but you could ask the manufacturer if it is SNMP enabled (then Nagios for sure could check it)
