Not able to rescieve data from widows event into nagiosxi

Dear Team,

We are monitoring the windows event with id 109,104.We have install the client as per the given link.

We craeted filter kerel-power with ID 109 and configure the same on nagiosxi using same name(kerel-power).When we are generating the test event from nagios eventlog, we are not getting any data in nagiosxi.As it is passive check we cant any log.

We have check connectivity with 5666 port its working fine.

Do you see it in Admin -> Unconfigured objects?

I have check its not in unconfigured objects.

What will be the possible reasons not receive alerts in nagiosxi.

I would watch the syslog on the system when sending the events.

Also double check that your Admin -> Inbound Transfers -> Decryption Method
matched your Encryption setting in Nag Event log

along with the password
