Hi Team,
We are trying to analyze the data for top talkers on one of our internet link.
But the source that we have created on network analyzer gives "No data available" message.
we have already checked the port 9977 that we have assigned for the source is open for inbound traffic and also verified the permissions for nna user.
Please advise.
Note - Out of four source that we have created 2 are working fine and other 2 are having issue.
NNA - No data available error
Re: NNA - No data available error
So there is no data coming into these two sources at all? Or just no bandwidth data? Can you check to ensure that the NNA server is receiving data on the port you created? I would expect it to start generating right away. Also, what type of device is sending data and what kind of flow data is it? (netflow, sflow, etc)
Also, there is a log for nfcapd that you can look for errors in /var/log/messages.

Hi Team,
The type of data is sflow.

Also please find the attached nfcapd log message file. (messages.txt)

Re: NNA - No data available error
In the log I don't see any flows coming into the Internet2 sfcapd.
Are you sure it is activated on the device and sending flows?
Could there be a firewall in between dropping packets?
