Suggestion: Operations Center

Hey guys, I just had a quick suggestion for the relatively new operations center plugin (which is an awesome addition btw). I've just noticed it doesn't display acknowledged problems... is it possible you would consider adding a tick-box to that page that allows you to choose whether to display acknowledged problems as well? Maybe also display who acknowledged them?

From an operational point of view it helps to know who is working on what problems (or even just what problems are currently being worked on) from the NOC monitor.

Not a bad idea. We've also had a request for filtering by hostgroup for that component as well, so I suspect we'll be adding a few more features to it. Thanks for the input.

I've also just noticed that if a problem host is acknowledged then it continues to display services on the acknowledged device... if the host is down/unreachable there isn't really much point displaying the services for it, only in very rare circumstances would they ever still be available.

We actually had just made a fix to the operations center component so it doesn't show services at all when a host is down.
