Can't set downtimes after upgrade

Hello:
I upgraded to 5.5.2 last night and I am seeing an issue where I can't set downtimes. I have attached some screenshots. Thanks!

This can be closed off, it was resolved trying to fix a different issue. Thanks!

@CameronWP, Please run the following commands and show me the output:
getenforce
service nagios status
ls -l /usr/local/nagios/var/rw
grep nag /etc/group
Also, this will check your configuration files for errors:
/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
