Mounting /usr/local separately

Hi Nagios Support,

If we install NagiosXI on a separate partition by creating separate mount point for /usr/local will the installation be covered by Nagios support? The purpose is to separate /usr/local from /directory. We would like to have confirmation that this is supported.

Technically, nagios won't see it any differently as normal so you should be okay as long as the permissions match.
