Alert report

We are currently undergoing and audit and one of the auditors requests is for a list of service/host alerts over the last year. I've tried searching for a way to export a list but only really found the event log which contains way more than needed. Any suggestions on the best way to obtain that data, preferably in csv format would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, @dshearon. Can you clarify whether you want to get a list of Alerts(state changes) or email notifications for the past year? If you want to see alerts, please specify what kind of alerts: warning, critical, recovery, all alerts? All alerts or just the alerts that triggered emails?
