Recovery Message during Downtime

Hello,
I have a problem with the recurring downtime. Unfortunately, recovery messages are still sent within this time. Is that a bug? What can I do to not get these messages during this time?

This is a bug that will be fixed in 5.5.4 which will be released within the next few days.
