Nagios Plugin For HPE Gen10 hardware with iLO5

Please suggest me on how to monitor my HPE Gen10 hardware with iLO5 on my nagios XI server. Please let us know ASAP.

The output is not matched with my server status.
Example,
# /usr/local/nagios/libexec/nagios_hpilo_engine -H IP_addr -C public -o 1
Degraded
While my system helath is OK on ILO (ProLiant XL270d Gen10).

So how to understand this.
