Re: Not able to download report
A few questions:
1. Which report are you running an unable to download?
2. What version of Nagios XI are you using?
For example, if you run an Availability Report, you'll need to use the LIMIT TO option and select a particular host, hostgroup or servicegroup and then select display service performance graphs form the advanced settings. At this point you should be able to download the report. Let me know if that works or not.

Re: Not able to download report
Hi @progressive.nagiosXi,
There is a known issue in 5.5.4 related to PDF generation for reports that would cause PDF's to be missing data. This has been resolved in 5.5.5 and will be released later today.this is the version Nagios XI 5.5.4 after this last upgrade on 20 Sep we are not able to download any availability report, please check

Re: Not able to download report
Try adding the following line in the "/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php" file:
anywhere before the "DO NOT MODIFY ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE" section to see if this is going to fix your issue. Nagios XI 5.5.5 should be out very soon. When you upgrade to it, you could remove this line from the config.inc.php file - it won't be needed for the report to download properly.

Code: Select all
$cfg['old_browser_compat'] = 1;Let us know if this helped.
