NagiosXI download image/pdf

Hello!

About nagios XI environment
1) Linux Distribution and version? Centos7
2) 32 or 64bit? 64bit
3) VMware Image or Manual Install of XI? Manual install
4) Are there special configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL? SSL
5) NagiosXI version: 5.5.5

I am facing issue where i want to download graph as "Download PNG image" and i am getting error "Error while converting SVG.". The exact steps i am doing when issue occurs:
1) Navigating from left panel to "Graph Explorer
2) Selecting "Multistacked Performance Graph"
3) Selecting any data type(does not mattter) and "Add To Graph"
4) Then from right corner of this graph selecting "Download PNG image" and then i get error "Error while converting SVG."

Hi @atsb,

I tested this here and was not able to re-create the issue, please follow the steps in the knowledgebase article below and let me know if this resolves the issue. This problem can be the result of phantomjs libraries that are used to export the images to a file.
