odd php warning seems to be causing a slowdown

Ive just upgraded to version 5.5.5 from version 5.4.12 . during the upgrade I kept getting this error message:

PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/nagiosim/nagiosim.inc.php on line 491

After the upgrade apply config, starting the nagios service thru the gui, basically all of the functionality of xi is just slow or non responsive.

Also nrpe seems to be not working to well, I went from 93 problems to over 2000.

Dire as this all may seem, its happening on my test server only so you guys can take some time before you reply if you have other code red issues to handle first

you guys can lock this. reverted back to the old version. Im going to wait until 5.5.6 comes out before I update

This shouldn't be slowing anything down, but you can also remove this whole directory unless by change you are using the obsolete Nagios Incident Manager product
