NagiosXI 5.5.5 - NRPE Wizard issues...

Hi Nagios Team,
I have installed nrpe by following https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... _Agent.pdf
I have used NRPE Wizard to monitor host.
NREP Wizard apply changes went thorough fine and verification completed.
However after the apply changes, nagios core backend service is not starting up.
nagios core backend service to started after reverting to a older snapshot.
Below are the cmdsys log o/p :
