Soft service recoveries being logged as hard

Hello,

We're having an issue after upgrading from Nagios XI 5.4.8 to 5.5.3. Soft recoveries are being logged as hard recoveries -

This is affecting the "top alert producers" report, which appears to look for hard state changes.

Is this a known issue? Or have I gone wrong with a config item somewhere?

(The service check timing out is a separate issue, which we're looking in to)

This is a Nagios Core bug (https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... issues/575) that has been fixed in the maintenance branch, and the fix will be included in Nagios XI 5.5.7, which should l be released sometime next week.
