I cannot change the nagiosadmin password (Nagios Log Server)

Hi,

I forgot nagiosadmin web password. I tried changing the password via console or ssh. I'm trying to run the below command to change the password. After running this command, the command prompt remains the same and the password does not change. Related screenshots has attached. Please help me
