SNMPTT Stops processing traps

Hi

I have noticed that in certain accessions snmptt stops processing traps

all services seems to be up when this occurs. that includes snmptt, snmptrapd

the temporary fix is to restart snmptt.

I replaced the script. I'll see how it goes today.

The script that I uploaded to that other post did not have all of the changes done to it so use this one from this post.
