Need help with plugin check_unread_mails.pl

Hi,

I would like to utilize this plugin to do a check on a few mailboxes and have the system report when they fall out of the stated variable number. I imported it and expected to see the service listed in the check command area however, it's no listed as a service. How do i set this up to work with Nagios XI? There are no instructions for this plugin...
