Monitoring application in Azure cloud which is paas

I want to monitor application hosted as PAAS(platform as a service) in Azure cloud in nagios xi. Is there any way to get this done in nagios xi.

I would start with the Microsoft Azure Configuration Wizard in Nagios XI which utilizes the Nagios Cross Platform Agent (NCPA):

I want to do application level monitoring which is in Azure cloud. can we do this using ncpa agent? and How ?. If not do we have any other possibilities that we can do application level monitoring for an application which is in Azure cloud?

NCPA is our open source cross platform agent and can check variety of metrics such as memory, disk, processes,services ..etc.
