How to automate reports and send them by email to contacts

Is there a way to automate NagiosXI report generation and subsequent emailing of that report to some NagiosXI contacts?

This is a MUCH requested feature and it is set to be included in the 2012 release of Nagios XI. I as of right now I don't have a specific date when that will roll out.
