Hello, @smapple. Please go to Configure -> Core Configurations Manager in XI. Then in the left column click on Contacts. Do you see a contact named "ehanda"? If you do please delete and then apply configuration one more time.

I have already deleted the contacts. And the user in Admin > users.

Restarted the nagios services. However no luck.Same issues.Can you have a look?

Please run the repair databases script as root:
1)Write
2)Delete
3)Write
4)Verify
After you click on the verify you will see some errors in the GUI. Please copy and paste them in this thread.

@smapple, Could you PM me a copy of your system profile?
After you send the profile please post something in this thread to bring it back up in the support queue.To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and send it to me in a private message.
