Unable to apply configuration

Hello Team,

PLease see the attached file. I am unable to apply configuration due to an user settings( NO more used).Can you please let me know what how to get rid of user?

Hello, @smapple. Please go to Configure -> Core Configurations Manager in XI. Then in the left column click on Contacts. Do you see a contact named "ehanda"? If you do please delete and then apply configuration one more time.

I have already deleted the contacts. And the user in Admin > users.

However still see the same issue

Restarted the nagios services. However no luck.Same issues.Can you have a look?

@smapple, Yes, I can see your messages at 12:35 pm and 1:05 pm. Currently, we're answering forum posts in the order we receive them. Our SLA guarantees that we provide a response within 24 hours(during non-holidays).
Please run the repair databases script as root:
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh
Next, in XI web interface please go to Configure -> Core Configurations Manager, then click on Tools -> Config File Management in the left column. Then perform the following actions in order:
1)Write
2)Delete
3)Write
4)Verify

After you click on the verify you will see some errors in the GUI. Please copy and paste them in this thread.

This is the messages from verify. Also I tried to do the Apply COnfigurations its still the same.

@smapple, Could you PM me a copy of your system profile?
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and send it to me in a private message.
After you send the profile please post something in this thread to bring it back up in the support queue.
