Reports Page Default view

Every time I hit the reports page it attempts to generate a report for all the hosts. Is it possible to change this page so that it doesn't do this? It makes creating a report a pain to have to load it every single time.

Yes.

Admin -> Performance Settings -> Auto-Running Tab
Check "Disable reports from automatically running on page load"
