I have new interfaces on a router that is already configured for monitoring in Nagios.

This page seems to suggest that all that is required is to re-run the wizard and select the new interfaces:

I have re-run the 'Network Switch / Router' wizard against the device.

After running he wizard and checking the status of the Services
- Status for all new interfaces are 'Unknown'
- Bandwidth for all new interfaces are 'Ok' but none of them are displayed on the devices 'Performance Graphs' page

Am I missing a step?

Open the service under Configure > Core Config Manger > Monitoring > Services, and test the plugin with the 'Run Check Command" button found on the Common Settings tab. Is it successful or give any more details? Also try running the command from the command line as the nagios user. Switch to the nagios user with:

su - nagios

Does the status information of the bandwidth check show and an out values?

Do you see rrd files for the new interfaces under /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata/<hostname>/ ?
