EMC VNX StoragePool check

Hi Team,
We have EMC VNX Storage in our environment and we would like to add Storagepool check in nagios.
This check should give free space in each StoragePool configured on VNX Storage.

Please find Sample output of command we execute;

You would need to either create a plugin that calls that command and parses the data or try to find a plugin that does what you are looking for.
