Host Autodiscovery and FQDN

Hello

Is it possible to use the "Configuration Wizard: Auto-Discovery" and then having hostnames that were simply hostnames, instead of FQDN?

The subdomain, domain and organization take up a lot of screen real-estate and we simply don't need it in there.
