Not receiving notifications for service

Since the beginning of the year we have stopped receiving notifications on a few services but not all of them.
Naigos reports the problem:

Nagios said it sent the notification

In /var/log/messages:
Jan 30 14:51:47 REDSA0ELPV016 nagios: SERVICE NOTIFICATION: xxxxxx;z51203;Oraarch filesystem;CRITICAL;xi_service_notification_handler;/oracle/PX1/oraarch disk space 59% used.
However there's nothing in the /var/log/maillog about the notification.
I thought there might be a fix in the update so I upgraded to 5.5.9 today. All of the above are from AFTER the upgrade.

If you go to Admin -> Manage Email Settings
What setting are set?
If it is not on already can you turn on Debug Log?

Are you seeing anything in the /var/log/maillog?

Yes I'm seeing other notifications going out, but not the ones that I'm missing.

Can you login as the contact you are missing them for, click their username (upper right)
1. Verify correct email
2. Go to "Notification Preferences", verify "Enable notifications" is checked and all boxes below are checked
3. Click time periods tab and make sure the time covers all hours
4. Go to "Notification Methods" and make sure "Receive alerts via email." is checked

I checked one of the users that is supposed to be getting the notifications, and all those things checked out.
However, it's not just one user, it's everyone in the contact group that is not receiving this notification.

Can you PM me the system profile.zip from Admin -> system profile so I can look at this? Please also include the name of the contact group that is affected
