how monitor equipos windows remotos??

Hi all, I have a working Nagios install and XI, and add to the monitoring equipment on the same network (local), now intend to add the monitoring windows servers that are on another network segment or another network different from mine, but I managed to do so, may help with this please?

Are the two networks able to communicate with one-another?
