This more of an informal post than a request.

We were having issues with RHEL7 + NRPE but the problem was resolved due to a workaround. There is a bug within the pam module in RHEL 7.6

Just in case anyone else is having this issue. It was causing a timeout when running the nrpe command from the Nagios server.
