bettermap tooltip question

So i have bettermaps working and displaying properly.

The problem I am having is that no matter what entry I put in the 'tooltips" field for the panel, It is not displayed on the map:

If I click on say, the blue map point, it does not display any of the fields I've entered into the tool tips, user, username ect//)
I've even tried the fields that are auto-suggested but nothing works.

The wierd part is that I have a bettermaps panel for my asa vpn files and it is working perfectly

It looks like you have a "user" field, not sure about username.

It should show the tooltip just when you hover the blue pin, not when you click on it

I added the "user" field with the same results.

And for sure it is the message you showed is the item that has a pin at Hartford?

never mind all set. it seems that the tooltip field is case sensitive...lol changed from User to user and now it works. you can lock it up.
