Network wizard issue

Hello Team,

I am facing issue on network wizard,while re scanning i can see the few interfaces but once i given the apply configuration after that i am not able to see the same interface in nagiosxi console .

I have marked in all 3 check boxes .i.e port,bandwidth, port status

Could you please help us resolve this issue ?

You go through the wizard, apply the configuration, but do not see the checks under Configure > Core Config Manager > Monitoring > Services ? Is this correct?

Try the following and report any errors or warnings:

Configure > Core Config Manager > Tools > Config File Management, click:

1. Delete Files
2. Write Configs
3. Verify Files
4. Restart Nagios Core

then apply the changes as well and check to see if the services are available. If they are not, run the wizard again to try adding them.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Hello ,

I have tried the below steps but still i am facing same issue.

interfaces coming while re scanning but it's not coming to the nagios console .

Could you please help me to resolve this issue ?

Please provide a screenshot of the services you are trying to add and PM me a profile(Admin > System Config > System Profile > Download Profile).
