Hello everyone!
Is it possible to cause XI to automatically acknowledge service alerts?
The scenario:
Hostobject has a service, Diskusage.
Diskusage hits its critical threshold. When diskusage hits its critical threshold, Nagios sends out an email notification, and then acknowledges the alert saying "problem automatically acknowledged by Nagios, email was sent to the lazy jokers who couldn't be bothered".

You would have to create an event handler and have it run something like this passing in the hostname and service name as variables
