Nagios XI check_ftp_fully issue

Hello I am getting the following error when trying to use the check_ftp_fully service.

CRITICAL: FTP check failed when trying to list the contents of a directory.

I have ensured that credentials are set up correctly by connecting to the ftp server by using the same credentials that is being used by nagios. The issue still seems to be persistent. I have tried to change the $HOSTNAME$ to $HOSTADDRESS$ but the same issue still seems to be coming up.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Can you show the command you are using that is giving the error?
