Dear All,
My company is using AVAYA IP Phone devices and i would like to use NagiosXi for monitoring of their performance.
Could you please advice me how to manage them? What parameters i need to know to monitor them if needed.

It looks like there are several AVAYA Check Plugins on the exchange

I have been using Avaya IP phone in my office for 3 years. I prefer to monitor the performance of Avaya phone through AVAYA Check Plugins associated with exchange.nagios.org.
