How to manage SLA

Post by Frédéric GRANAT »

Hi,
Assuming the SLA is 3 days to restore the availability of a service.
I'm using operation center to monitor services in critical state.
In the operation center, I've got a column "duration" but no information about the SLA.
I need to have the information about the time remaining before the SLA limit is reached.
Is it possible and how ?

The OC component and code can be found under Admin > System Extensions > Manage Component. It looks like relies on the status.php which I believe is what needs to be updated to get the information you'd like to see. It currently isn't coded in but I can submit a feature request on your behalf if you'd like. Please keep in mind that the decision to implement the enhancement is at the discretion of our development team.
