Hello,
i use Nagios Core 3.2.3 with NagiosQL 3.1.1.
We set alarm notifications in the host. If a service of the host is down we get a notification. Is it possible to set an exception only for one service?
Regards
Dennis

Do you mean you don't want to send notifications for that service?
If so you would set the following in that services configuration

Hi,
i think i found a solution….

Translated in English
Nagios services inherit their contacts from their respective hosts.
But only if there are no contacts for the service itself.
So if messages do not want to send to xxx anymore, they just need to explicitly define xxx as a contact for this service.
