Question or Suggestion for future upgrades

Hi,
I can not seem to figure out how to apply the new dark theme on a per user basis. I created a test account, and it seems that themes are a global change and not a per user change?
I have a lot of users that want a "cool" dark theme, but we want the modern theme for our companie's standard theme.

Is it possible to change the theme on a per user basis?
If not, can you take this a suggestion for a future upgrade?
We're on 5.6 of XI

If the user clicks their username in the upper right, they can set their theme by adjusting the "User Interface Theme:" setting.
