Hi
I need some help, we experienced a problem with logging into NagiosXI, this then presented the repair database command /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh so I ran this from putty and this completed successfully and we could then login to NagiosXI. The problem we have now is that even if a check is green NagiosXI is still sending Notification out. This is also happening when notification are disabled. At the moment we have had to turn off Notification in NagiosXI. really need to get this solved this week as currently on call support is not able to receive alerts. Is it possible to get a scheduled remote session with an engineer to resolve this issue

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket.

Please open a support ticket for this issue for faster resolution and reference this post and provide any other relevant information.
