Hi,
I just update Nagios XI from 5.5.2 and 5.6.1 without any problem.
But now in Operation Center I see some Acknowledged Services and some Scheduled Downtime Hosts. It was not the case before the update. Operation Center was just displaying Services and Hosts not in acknowledge and not in Scheduled Downtime.
I try a repair on the database (repair_databases.sh). It's look like some minor fixed has been done, but it's changed nothing to the situation.
I reboot the server. Changed nothing as well.
Any suggestion?

Hello, @steph007. We added the filter option to the Operations Center component, so now you need to check the box that says Hide Handled. Then click on the blue button "Filter" to apply settings. That way changes will stay even if you refresh the page.
If you don't like this, you could downgrade this component.
1. backup XI or VM first so you could revert if something unexpected happens.
2. In XI web interface go to the Admin menu, then click on Manage Components in the left column.
3. Find the Operations Center Component and delete it.
4. Then upload and install the older version of the component attached to this message

Re: Operations Center display ack and Scheduled Down after u
it's work but it was some kind of strange.
While the filter was not there, only one server in Scheduled Downtime on 6 servers was in the Operation Center view. The 5 others was not there.

@steph007, Was there any difference between how these 6 hosts were put in scheduled downtime? Were some of them also acknowledged? If you uncheck the filter, will all 6 hosts start showing on the dashboard or just 1?

No acknowledgement on the 6.
If I remove the "hide handled", only 1 on 6 is displayed into Operation Center.
But I notice one thing on the 5.
There is 2 Scheduled Downtime.

I did a test and removed one of the 2 Scheduled Downtime. Now it's appearing 2 on 6 in Operation Center. To me it's look like a bug.

Hi @steph007,
Do you still have the latest component installed? We've tested this here and cannot repeat the error your getting. It's possible that the page doesn't update right away ( especially on a larger system ) and that maybe what is happening.

Hi @steph007,
Interesting. I tested this on my system and our test engineer reviewed this as well and we were not able to repeat the error. Did you try re-loading the page?I'm at the lates XI version.
