Greetings (again!)... I actually did try to search the forums for this first, but couldn't locate any answers on this topic...
Is there a way to modify the alerts sent to include the notes (or other custom field)?
Here's an example:
It's 2:00am and we get an alert that would indicate we've failed over from primary Internet pipe to secondary. We'd like the alert to include the curcuit information and the carrier support numbers. This way our Engineer doesn't have to dig around for the information and can place a support ticket with little effort.
We could put that information into the notes field, but how to we send that information with the alerts?

You can customize your notifications by accessing the Notification Messages menu in the user's account preferences section. Please, read our documentation on the topic:
