Update license and also add new user for support

I am trying to find out the status of our license renewal. From what I can find out our purchasing sent payment in April and we have not received anything from Nagios. Can you please tell me the status?
Also I need to add another user for support. How do I do that?

I can have a sales representative from Nagios follow up with you about the status of your license. To add new contacts to your support license, you can use the following form.
Add a Support Contact to License
