Adding new service

I went to "Nagios Core Config Manager" and added new service for my remote host then clicked on "Apply Configuration"
The Active status is "Yes" and the Sync Status is "synced"for the new service.
However, when I click on "Home" tag and then click on "Service Detail" link, my host does not show the newly added service that I added
through Config Manager. What am I missing? Isn't it suppose to automatically add it to Service Status?

In the "Nagios Core Config Manager" modify this service and make sure that when you click the notepad next to Hosts* that your host is on the right side.
