CRITICAL - Socket timeout

Hello evreyone,
i hope your day goes well.

me and my computer department at my company wish to implent Nagios XI to monitor our systems.
i have installed nagiosxi-5.6.3-64.ova on VM hosted on an ESXI 5.5 server we have here,
the installation went well and the system is up and working.

the only problem i am facing here is that every host i am trying to monitor which is based on Windows OS return CRITICAL - Socket timeout.
i double checked that our firewall doesn't block any connectivity between the server and those hosts (in and out on both sides) and everything flow smoothly but still this is the error i recieve from trying to monitor hosts(though ping sensor work properly, all the rest show errors)
trying to work with google to look for solutions to this problem ended up useless because most of the suggestion apply to manual installtion with full access to the system files.
unfortunately i am not a proffesionlal linux user nor anyone on my IT staff thats why we chose to install pre-configured virtual machine and i have no access to the config files to edit them and follow the instructions on the solutions i found on google.

i'd deeply appriciate any help i can recieve from you guys,

Did you install an Nagios agent on these windows servers? Which Nagios agent and which wizard are you using?
