thanks for the suggestions.
How we can know that does it duplicate tickets will generate,
IF we don't want ticket generate for UNKNOWN status, Where we can change the script.
Could you please suggest where we can suppress this ticket generate by status.
Need some good practice setting while generating tickets.

Hello,
To suppress unknown notifications for this contact, just go to the Alert Settings for the ServiceNow contact and select the desired Notification Options.
Lastly, add this contact to the hosts and services that require ServiceNow integration.
