Nagios to servicenow integration

Hi Team,
I want to integrate nagiosXI to servicenow for ticketing. Can you please help with some documents for integration. Hope i will get some details.

thanks for the suggestions.
How we can know that does it duplicate tickets will generate,
IF we don't want ticket generate for UNKNOWN status, Where we can change the script.
Could you please suggest where we can suppress this ticket generate by status.
Need some good practice setting while generating tickets.

Hello,

Could you please suggest where we can suppress this ticket generate by status.
Once you install and configure the service now script , create a new ServiceNow Nagios XI User and assign the service now notification command to this contact.
To suppress unknown notifications for this contact, just go to the Alert Settings for the ServiceNow contact and select the desired Notification Options.
Lastly, add this contact to the hosts and services that require ServiceNow integration.
