Hello, i want to make a change in nagios xi but it wont let me, shows this error
Error: Contact 'leonardo.calvillo' is not defined anywhere!
Error: Could not add contact 'leonardo.calvillo' to service (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/services/prassodsol601.muguerza.com.mx.cfg', starting on line 102)
this cfg it has no leonardo.calvillo contact assigned and leonardo calvillo it apperars in the contacts.cfg file

Hi Jose,
Go to Configure > CCM > CCM Admin and select Config File Management, and then...
1. Delete Files
2. Write Configs
3. Verify Files. Do you still get the sames error? If so, remove this contact from prassodsol601 and continue to make corrections until the verification runs without errors.
4. Restart Nagios Core
If the issue persists, please PM your system profile.
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
