HPE Nimble Storage Array and Nagios

We have a HPE Nimble Storage Array. How would it be possible to add it as a host to nagios monitoring server ? So far i haven't found any plugin.

I didn't find one on the Nagios Exchange, but a little Googling found this thread on the HPE community site that has a plugin
